Features:
IBOMA is an excellent monomer combining both hardness and flexibility. Owing to its unique molecular structure, it can provide polymers with excellent brightness and gloss, good scratch, chemical and weather resistance; and its moisture absorption is obviously lower than that of MMA (methyl methacrylate). Additionally, acrylic resins formulated with IBOMA has very good compatibility with polyester, alkyd and many other volatile resins.
When used in powder coating, IBOMA copolymer can improve the coagulation of the powder, improve the stability and lower the melting viscosity of the powder coating; as a result, the leveling ability, appearance and gloss of the coating film are improved.
Application fields:
High Solid Content Coating
UV Curing Coating
Powder Coating
Coating for Plastics
Special Printing Ink
Contact Lens
Package:
25Kg in plastic drum or 200Kg in plastic coated steel drum.
Storage:
They are not flammable chemicals, however they should be stored in well ventilated area, avoid direct sun light, keep away from heat source, and prevent them from polymerization at high temperature.
